Allergies consist of microscopic particles, debris, dust, pollen or anything of the sort that causes irritation of normal daily function in many people world wide. When it comes to the weather, it can alter the landscape and create more friendly or more devastating effects for those with allergy sensitivities. Dust and debris being blown around on a windy day for example can trigger reactions, and things such as tornadoes can influence allergies in a region since it kicks up so much dust into the air. Temperature can also encourage runny noses and overall sensitivity to the environment. Generally speaking allergies outside tend to be less severe in the colder months.

5. Allergies triggered from exercise
When exercising, it can yield similar results of something like an allergy attack where the breathing is stifled, muscles become tense and it’s difficult to catch your breath. If you’re exercising outdoors, it may be better to consider indoors if you have complications with existing allergies. Heavy breathing of contaminants, pollen and dander you’re allergic to will only exacerbate allergies.
